This option is for a private hire to any WF, LS postcode from London Gatwick Airport and our vehicle can comfortably sit up to 6 passengers and luggage. All fares are based on a one-way transfer to or from London Gatwick Airport with a book now and pay in the car service (driver accepts cash or card payments in the vehicle), all fee's including airport drop off charges are included. 1-6 passengers with luggage - £350 (one-way) Pick Ups and Drop Offs outside of stated Postcodes are subject to different fares, for more information please visit our help page. CANCELLATIONS and DELAYS You can cancel your Transfer upto 48 hours before your pick up time. ​ To cancel your ride:  Please use the website chat feature or official contact number or WattsApp. With more than 48hrs notice a full refund will be given. ​ To cancel your ride within 48 hours of your scheduled pick up time you will be charged a cancelation fee:  The current cancelation fee is 50% of your total ride cost within 48hrs notice The current cancelation fee is 100% of your total ride cost within 24hrs notice ​ At Spark Ride we try to track incoming Flights. This is not always 100% accurate and require the passengers to notify us of any delay to departure before their outbound and return Flight. ​ Our cancelation fee exists to prevent late cancelations as these effect the ability for our driver to schedule further rides. If you have any questions they may of already been answered within in our FAQs:  ​ DELAYS...... ​ These happen and most of the time are unavoidable but in the case that your return flight is delayed you are required to notify Sparkride. We will do our best to accommodate these delays but its not always possible due to circumstances...including weather or the wrong pick up times given. If passengers fail to update their driver about delays or the wrong pick up time is ordered resulting in the driver not being able to pick you up the driver reserves the right to cancel the trip with any Pre Payment non refundable. We reserve the right to use this policy on a case by case basis.
