Price increase from January 1st 2023

We know. This sucks...

Unfortunately private hire is not immune to the rising cost's of energy and we like to be transparent with our customers when saying our prices are also going up (like everything else!) to cover the cost's of charging our EV vehicles.

When do the price changes go into effect?

From January 1st 2023. If you choose to pre-book a ride after this date you will be charged on the new rates.

How much is the price increase?

We anticipate an additional £5 to be added to most of our services.

We already have a ride booked for next year, do the price changes effect this?

We'll honour the current cost of rides pre-booked for next year that have been arranged prior to this announcement.

Will these new prices be reviewed if the price of energy returns to normal?

Yes, we'll never over charge for our services. If the price of electricity and EV vehicle charging falls then so will our prices.
